- creators who want to start a podcast but don’t trust themselves to “figure it out” alone
Together, we look at your podcast through a strategic lens not just content or downloads.
You’ll leave with clarity around:
- the role your podcast should play in your business or body of work
- where direction has drifted or was never set
- why effort isn’t translating into momentum
- what to focus on next and what to stop doing
You’ll receive a clear roadmap and written action plan so you can move forward without second-guessing.
This session can stand alone or serve as the foundation for deeper support — but it’s valuable even if you never work with me again.

Build or Reset With Intention
Podcast Direction Sprint (4–6 weeks)
Strategy + structure for launch or realignment
For podcasters who know what they want but need it shaped into a clear, sustainable format.
This sprint focuses on:
- Clarifying your show’s positioning and purpose
- Mapping seasons and episodes strategically
- Aligning content with visibility and business goal
Execution support may be included when it serves the strategy, but direction is the core outcome.
Ongoing Strategic Support
3-month minimum
Investment: $1,600/month
This is for podcasters with an active show who want ongoing strategic stewardship not just help staying consistent.
This partnership includes:
- Strategic oversight and direction
- Production and publishing support as needed
- Visibility and CTA alignment
- Regular review to prevent drift as your business grows
